01 Payment.

​Basically we will accept your payment only PayPal the reason why, It’s fastest way and after we confirmed your payment, we will be bidding it definitely. We will not spot you before we accept your payment.​

 

 

02 Our commission.

Bidding price under 50,000JPY, 5,400JPY.

Bidding price over 50,000JPY, 10%.

 

 

03 Extra costs.

You need pay extra costs as following.

Our commission

International shipping charge

Insurance fee

Paypal fee

Exchange fee

Card fee

 

After we received your payment of these above total costs, we’ll be bidding.

04 Refund.

If you couldn’t win on the auction, you can select by 2ways

A. If you want to bid another auction, we keep the your payment.

B. If you want to refund the payment from us, we’ll refund you. But this way, we don’t refund for PayPal fee and exchange fee and card fee (Both are when you pay and when we pay) and you don’t need pay for our commission.

05 Shipping accident.

After the shipping, we can not responsible for any accident occurred shipped from Japan. Please talk with the insurance company. But if the accident occurred in Japan for example before we accept the stuff inside Japan, we’ll talk about it with the seller and we will refund you total costs or you can bidding on another one.

06 Claims.

We will not accept any claims regarding of the stuff. Even if you bid wrong stuff, we don’t refund you.

07 Normally auction and buy it now.

Usually we handle for only buy it now type. This is because we don’t know the final price and we can’t make an invoice of the total cost. But if you desperately would be bidding it, you can ask us. (This way, at first we need accept your deposit of your bidding price)

08 Shipping.

We will be shipping by EMS/SAL (Japanese post office international mailing service)or DHL

After we shipping, you can know where the package is current located on their website.

09 Insurance.

When you talk insurance company, you can get from the CIF price on the shipping invoice.
